They devoted their lives and gave up their homes to champion the cause of Islam in a miraculous way. Neither did they resort to arms nor to swords for this. Baltit  ( Urdu :  قلعہ بلتت ‎) is a fort in the  Hunza valley , near the town of  Karimabad , in the  Gilgit-Baltistan  region of northern  Pakistan .
